CCM Super Tacks AS1 Hockey Gloves
The new CCM Super Tacks AS1 hockey gloves represent the next generation in fit, feel, and protection. Constructed with CCM’s durable and lightweight pro-selected polyester, they offer an anatomical fit for a snug feel around the backhand that relaxes at the wrist and cuff for excellent maneuverability.
The fingers and backhand feature PE foam and D3O smart material enhanced by PE inserts for lightweight, pro-level protection. CCM’s near-legendary D3O material offers premium impact and shock protection to yield one of the most protective gloves we’ve seen in ages. In fact, you’ll find D3O up and down the CCM Super Tacks AS1 line of protective equipment.
The AS1 hockey gloves feature an ultra-soft Pro Clarino palm with an extra reinforcement layer to help prevent holes and premature breakdown. CCM’s Pro Flexthumb adds flexibility to an already great-fitting glove.

The new CCM Super Tacks AS1 hockey shoulder pads feature a dual-layer, stretch base jacket with a dual front and rear adjustable strap system for a customized and comfortable fit and feel. The 3D design helps the pads stay close to the body for consistent protection. CCM uses D3O in the shoulder caps, sternum, and spine; these shoulder pads also offer excellent kidney protection.
Under the pads, players will find a perforated base mesh liner that helps provide maximum airflow, keeping them as dry, cool, and comfortable as possible.
CCM Super Tacks AS1 Elbow Pads
The new Super Tacks AS1 elbow pads are extremely lightweight but still deliver elite-level protection. The new elbow pads feature pro-level construction designed to disperse impact energy, keeping the elbows safe with an articulated, dual-layer bicep construction with extended protection, a JDP elbow cap enforced by more D30 material, and an adjustable 360° strap system for ultimate security and comfort.
CCM Super Tacks AS1 Shin Guards
Like the new elbow pads, this year’s Super Tacks AS1 shin guards offer a JDP knee cap for maximum protection, while the interior is lined with high-performing D3O material. The new Super Tacks shin guards also feature CCM’s strap system for dual front and rear adjustability. To further customize the guard and make it more comfortable, CCM includes a removable comfort liner and detachable lower padding in the knee.
CCM’s even built grooves into the shin guard help lock in hockey tape—that’s impressive attention to detail.
CCM Super Tacks AS1 Hockey Pants
CCM constructs the Super Tacks AS1 hockey pants with Pro 400D nylon to reduce weight and optimize durability. The pants also promise the player an anatomical, close fit, which is CCM’s version of a classic cut.
The highly customizable Super Tacks AS1 pants are also incredibly protective, featuring JDP caps, more D3O smart material, elite-level HD and PE foams, and an internal belt system for a custom fit.
The JDP caps, like those in the CCM Super Tacks elbow pads and shin guards, are designed to disperse impact energy away from critical areas like the hip joints while the stabilized belly pad and a height-adjustable, floating spine protector provide elite comfort and protection in these key front and rear areas.
